He is a Senior examiner for the RCPCH for MRCPCH and DCH and was Principal Regional Examiner for South East Thames region, England. He worked with Kent, Surrey and Sussex (KSS) Deanery to improve MRCPCH teaching in the region. A very keen educator, he has developed and presented novel teaching and monitoring techniques at national and international meetings.
He has noted difficulties trainees face in the clinical part of MRCPCH examination and has developed successful study material to improve clinical skills.
He is the chief adviser to EXCEL (MRCPCH + DCH) courses.

Dr Aloke Agrawal
Dr Aloke Agrawal FRCP, FRCPCH, MD (Paediatrics).
Consultant at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust with special interest in Respiratory Medicine & Allergy.
He is a Senior Examiner for the RCPCH for MRCPCH and DCH. He is a keen educator and has a very gentle manner with children and trainees.

Dr Urmila Pillai
Dr Urmila Pillai is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist with special interest in Growth and Development.
Dr Pillai has been involved with the MRCPCH & DCH Examinations and training for several years both in the UK and India.
Dr Pillai has been widely appreciated for her teaching and for a hands down approach to Growth and Development in a Clinical examination setting.

Dr. Siba Paul
Dr. Siba is a consultant paediatrician at Yeovil District General Hospital.
Dr Siba has been involved with the MRCPCH & DCH examination and training for several years in UK.
Dr Siba is co-author of: MRCPCH Clinicals, A Practical Guide & Diploma in Child Health – A Practical Study Guide: Vol. 1 & 2. He has over 200 peer reviewed articles to his name.
Paul has been providing technical support for medical education for over 15 years, he brings a wealth of experience across many aspects of software (including websites), hardware and peripheral support.
Personally he is married and has 2 young children, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, and technology.
We will come to a grinding halt if he was not there to ‘keep the technology flowing’.
